Locking In Your Pre-Order: Full payment must be made at the time of order to lock in the special pre-order pricing. This discounted price is significantly lower than the standard retail price when the ornaments go live online.

Order Cut-Off: Pre-orders must be completed and paid in full before the cut-off date to guarantee your ornament pack at the pre order price point. Once general online sales begin, standard retail pricing applies.

Ornament Pack Inclusions: Each pre-order pack includes one of each of the three ornament designs. Pack inclusions are fixed and designs cannot be swapped or customized.

Delivery Timeline: Pre-ordered ornaments are scheduled for delivery in early October—well in time for the holiday season.

Shipping & Transit: Express shipping applies strictly to Australian postal transit times after dispatch and does not speed up the production process.

Unforeseen Delays: Mimshack is not liable for third-party delays beyond our control, including manufacturing interruptions, transit delays, or postal service suspensions. We will communicate any updates promptly if unexpected delays occur.

Unsuccessful Batches: In the event that a pre-order batch cannot proceed, you will receive a full refund or a store credit redeemable at the Mimshack Shop.
